Director / Lead, Commercial Analytics & Forecasting (Biologics)

Location: Princeton, New Jersey, USA. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation includes a role-, experience-, skill-, and location-based base salary, an annual discretionary bonus, health care coverage, retirement savings, and leave benefits.

What you will do

• Lead commercial, market access, channel, field strategy, and payer analytics for the Biologics portfolio.
• Develop sales, profitability, demand, launch, and long-range forecasts for pipeline and in-line products.
• Collect and integrate sales, payer coverage, claims, primary research, and secondary market data to inform business decisions.
• Analyze market dynamics, therapy areas, competitors, pricing, reimbursement, product life cycles, and commercial performance.
• Design launch and post-launch KPI dashboards and establish measurement and feedback strategies.
• Partner with Market Access, Sales, Business Development, Finance, Portfolio, and other cross-functional teams to deliver timely insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of biotech or pharmaceutical experience in commercial analytics and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, secondary data analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with payer coverage and claims analytics datasets such as MMIT, LAAD, Symphony, or DocNexus.
• Ability to connect analytical findings with brand strategy, business questions, and commercial decisions.
• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, or current U.S. work authorization without future sponsorship requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience with biologics or biosimilars, particularly rheumatology or rare disease products.
• SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with IQVIA modules, Buy&Bill markets, launch monitoring dashboards, and pricing or reimbursement analytics.
• Master’s degree and experience with primary market research.
