Global Pricing Analytics Lead (Pharmaceutical Pricing)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain pricing data, tools, price lists, reference baskets, waterfalls, and analytics for Top 10 markets.
• Produce IRP, price erosion, price planning, and launch sequence analyses to support global pricing governance and decision-making.
• Track net price evolution, monitor pricing performance, and provide operational pricing support to global affiliates.
• Support price floor setting, review contracts requiring price governance, and maintain documentation and audit trails.
• Support price certificate preparation, government submissions, affiliate training, and resolution of incorrect reference price calculations.
• Contribute to pricing improvement initiatives and, depending on experience, reimbursement submissions, indication expansions, and loss-of-exclusivity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as finance, medicine, pharmacy, biology, economics, or engineering.
• At least 3 years of directly related experience in pricing, financial audit, financial analysis, sales and marketing effectiveness, forecasting, or consulting.
• Experience with cross-border pricing risk management, including IRP, LSO, price floors, and gross-to-net optimization.
• Strong data analysis, forecasting, and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Strong analytical, detail-orientation, project management, and structured problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical pricing experience.
• Understanding of HTA, health economics, and global pricing and reimbursement systems.
• Experience working in cross-functional, virtual global teams.
• Commercial or consulting experience and a track record of proactively implementing solutions.
