What you will do

• Lead demand forecasting for the obesity brand and respond to ad hoc forecasting requests.
• Analyze product performance, revenue potential, sales coverage, market size, and market penetration.
• Use physician, patient, and transactional datasets, including Xponent, NPA, LAAD, and 852, to develop and explain forecast assumptions.
• Provide objective, data-driven insights for Quarterly Business Reviews, Situation Analysis, and Brand Plans.
• Coordinate forecasting and analytics inputs with marketing, finance, value and access, insights, and other cross-functional teams.
• Lead rapid-turnaround projects, manage vendors and stakeholders, and deliver assessments on schedule with limited oversight.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of analytics or forecasting experience; or a master’s degree and 5 years; bachelor’s degree and 7 years; associate degree and 12 years; or high school diploma/GED and 14 years.
• Strong forecasting, analytical, project management, prioritization, communication, presentation, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, think strategically, and support key business decisions.
• Working knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry databases, unmet medical needs, market access and reimbursement, and competitive environments.

Nice to have

• Eight years of forecasting, market research, or business analytics experience.
• Experience with advanced spreadsheets, patient-based forecast modeling, dynamic patient models, and Forecast Pro.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with SAS, R, or Tableau.
• Business analytics or forecasting experience in biopharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
