What you will do

• Lead and mentor product managers while coordinating engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and support teams.
• Define the product vision, roadmap, market requirements, positioning, and lifecycle strategy for enterprise and hyperscale data center SSDs.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging workloads into product specifications and differentiated features.
• Guide strategic engagements with enterprise, hyperscale, cloud, and data center customers, including RFIs, RFQs, technical evaluations, and specification gap analysis.
• Support complex sales cycles, major design wins, account growth, executive briefings, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, build the new-business pipeline, and represent hirify.global at conferences, customer events, and analyst engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in storage, SSD, NAND flash, or related data center infrastructure technologies.
• 5+ years of product management or business leadership experience in enterprise storage, servers, or data center hardware.
• Strong understanding of SSD architectures, NAND technologies, storage system design, NVMe infrastructure, and server/storage ecosystems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, and NAS, SAN, or object storage systems.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, executive presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills; willingness to travel approximately 25% domestically and internationally.
