Vice President, Product Management - Integrated Memory (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid role based in Newark, California, United States; approximately 10% travel.

Base pay: $250,000–$300,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year product strategy and vision for the Integrated Memory portfolio, including DRAM modules, SSD and flash products, CXL expansion solutions, and advanced memory technologies.
• Align product roadmaps, investments, market priorities, customer requirements, and long-term growth opportunities.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from market assessment and business case development through product definition, launch, qualification, revenue ramp, and lifecycle optimization.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver differentiated hardware, firmware, software, management, and validation capabilities.
• Build executive relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, channel partners, technology partners, and strategic customers.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global Product Management organization while driving portfolio performance and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of high-tech product management experience, including leadership at the Director or VP level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Experience leading complex memory and storage products from concept through customer qualification and revenue ramp.
• Strong familiarity with DRAM and/or NAND markets, server platforms, OEM qualification cycles, and supply-chain-driven product planning.
• Ability to lead and scale global product management teams and influence senior stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and executive leadership.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and executive communication skills, including market sizing, pricing, investment tradeoffs, and explanation of complex technical concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with CXL, PCIe, memory pooling, or composable infrastructure.
• Experience with integrated hardware, firmware, software, and management solutions.
• MBA.
