Project Manager

Location: Remote, anywhere in the Philippines. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Paid local holidays follow the Australian business calendar.

Salary: PHP 50,000–70,000 per month

What you will do

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, aligning delivery with organizational goals.
• Create project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, control costs, and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate resources and stakeholders effectively.
