What you will do

  • Project manage transactions and lead discrete parts of corporate finance engagements.
  • Prepare pitch materials, proposals, marketing materials, information memoranda, and management presentations.
  • Coordinate NDAs, buyer Q&A, live mandate processes, and other transaction documentation.
  • Conduct buyer and target research, valuation analysis, benchmarking, and M&A party outreach.
  • Support client take-on, compliance, business development, and networking activities.
  • Manage personal workloads and the work of junior team members while keeping senior colleagues informed.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate finance or transaction services, including financial due diligence.
  • Experience with sell-side, buy-side, strategic advisory, minority or structured investments, and MBO transactions.
  • Private equity experience.
  • ACA or ACCA qualification with several years of experience.
  • Degree-level education or an equivalent school-leaver programme.
  • Availability to work on-site in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom.
