Associate Director, Finance

What you will do

• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations in line with transfer pricing policies.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and investigate accounting discrepancies before reporting sign-off.
• Monitor financial risks, commitments, adjustments, and internal control effectiveness.
• Apply US GAAP and IFRS standards and provide technical accounting guidance on local treatments.
• Coordinate annual audits with external auditors and track major issues through resolution.
• Support vendor invoice and expense approvals, team onboarding, and ERP implementation readiness.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, or CPA certification.
• At least 6 years of accounting experience in a Big Four firm or a financial reporting function within a global, multi-functional, or multi-location business.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and oversee processes with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Limassol, Cyprus, with minimal physical interaction when working remotely.
