SDM Squad Trainee (Data Intelligence)

Location: Debrecen, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do

• Support the Service Delivery Manager with administration in various systems and tools.
• Support data-related projects within the Data Intelligence Hub.
• Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Create and maintain reports and document data processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and other IT professionals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing studies.
• Understanding of Office 365 tools and interest in data platforms, analytics, and modern data technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a structured working style.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
• English at minimum B2 and German at minimum B1.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication skills, and openness to feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Basic knowledge of Big Data concepts or tools.
• Previous internship, university, or personal data project experience.
• Knowledge of Scrum or Kanban.
