Junior Data / ML Analyst

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid model with 3 days working from home and 2 days from the office each week

Salary: EUR 1,150–1,350 per month

What you will do

• Perform quality control checks on client deliverables and apply dataset changes through internal platforms.
• Improve the quality of machine learning training datasets and monitor data accuracy.
• Report data deviations through trend analysis and create or update SQL queries for automated monitoring.
• Analyze and suggest improvements to data taxonomies and processing procedures.
• Resolve delivery-related issues and respond to client ad-hoc requests.
• Participate in brainstorming, retrospectives, performance reviews, training, and team support activities.

Requirements

• University degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong written and spoken English at B1/B2 level.
• Familiarity with data processing methods, procedures, and tools.
• Attention to detail, logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and strong time management.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines, track progress, and take personal responsibility.
• Ability to work in the Sofia hybrid schedule, including 2 office days per week.

Nice to have

• General knowledge of data analysis, machine learning, or computer science.
• Understanding of market and product specifics.
