Senior Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid from Warszawa, Poland, with 2/3 days per week from the office

Salary: 800–1,050 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Analyse prioritised datasets and data points for the MVP2 phase of an Individual Rights Workflow Tool built on Pega Platform.
• Document data structures, relationships, current-state sourcing processes, data flows, business rules, and extraction methods.
• Identify and validate data ownership across business and technology domains and perform data governance and lineage analysis.
• Assess future data sourcing options, including APIs, data marts, data lakes, Pega capabilities, and RPA solutions.
• Analyse dependencies, constraints, and implementation considerations and prepare documentation for high-level cost estimation.
• Coordinate input from business and technology stakeholders and present findings and recommendations to decision-makers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data analysis and data collection analysis.
• Experience analysing data structures, data models, data flows, and both structured and unstructured data.
• Understanding of data ownership, data governance, and data lineage.
• Experience with API integrations, data sourcing methods, business rules, and dependency analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Daily interaction with English in an international work environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry.
