Senior Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain ERP.
• Manage project scope, timelines, quality, functional design, and cross-functional delivery.
• Lead requirements workshops, solution design, functional testing, conference room pilots, and client training.
• Support customer upgrades from Microsoft Dynamics AX to D365, including testing and bug documentation.
• Review design, data-mapping, and integration-mapping documentation and escalate D365 issues to Microsoft.
• Provide pre-sales solution support and estimates for customizations, reports, workflows, upgrades, integrations, and data migration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
• At least 15 years of total experience, including at least 10 years in project management with D365 and Dynamics AX.
• At least two full-cycle implementations of cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain ERP.
• At least one Microsoft certification: MB-310, MB-700, or MB-330.
• Fluent conversational and written English.
• Ability to travel independently domestically and internationally.
