Recovery & Wellbeing Coach (Injury Management)

Location: Minto, NSW, Australia; flexible base location across NSW operations with regular travel across NSW and interstate as required.

What you will do

• Manage workers compensation and injury management cases from end to end.
• Develop and implement individual recovery and return-to-work plans.
• Identify barriers to recovery and coordinate early intervention and onsite physiotherapy programs.
• Liaise with employees, leaders, healthcare providers, rehabilitation consultants, claims agents, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate case conferences, claims reviews, and strategic stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain injury and claims records, reporting, and wellbeing and injury management initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in injury management, workers compensation, or return-to-work coordination.
• Strong knowledge of workers compensation and relevant legislation.
• Degree in health and safety, allied health, rehabilitation, or a related field.
• Background in allied health, health and safety, rehabilitation, or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, administration, reporting, and general IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Current driver's licence and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience using injury management systems, particularly SolvInjury.
