Location: Bath, United Kingdom; hybrid role requiring a commutable distance from the Bath office

What you will do

• Lead the global talent, succession, and performance strategy.
• Build leadership, technical, and critical-role pipelines while identifying and managing talent risks.
• Evolve succession, performance, and talent review frameworks.
• Enable fair, evidence-based talent decisions and clear growth pathways.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition to anticipate capability needs and strengthen internal mobility.
• Connect talent initiatives with broader engagement and cultural programmes.

Requirements

• Full right to work in the UK without the need for future sponsorship.
• Residence within a commutable distance of the Bath office.
• Experience in a dedicated Talent Management team within a large organisation.
• Experience leading succession planning or performance programmes and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in talent assessment, performance management, and succession methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge leaders, lead global initiatives, and manage multiple priorities.
