TL;DR
Finance Trainee (Accounts Receivable) (SAP/Finance): Supporting daily accounts receivable operations, customer communication, and the maintenance of invoice, customer, and payment-status data in SAP with an accent on accurate financial records and customer service. Focus on managing AR data, keeping records up to date, and balancing studies with 25–40 hours of weekly work in a flexible hybrid setting.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work with in-person presence required from time to time

What you will do
- Support daily accounts receivable operations according to agreed priorities and performance measurements.
- Communicate with customers by email and phone.
- Manage invoices, customer information, and payment statuses in SAP.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Requirements
- Current studies in Finance, Accounting, or Economics through at least June 2027.
- Availability to work at least 25 hours per week, up to 40 hours.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
- Strong user-level MS Office skills, especially Excel and MS Outlook.
- Analytical thinking, flexibility, adaptability, precision, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

- Previous experience in a similar accounts receivable or finance role.
