Tax Manager (Aviation)

What you will do

• Manage the Group’s tax compliance procedures across 30+ countries with external service providers.
• Review corporate income tax and VAT returns.
• Support financial statement audits and coordinate local tax authority audits.
• Ensure intercompany transactions are documented in line with transfer pricing requirements.
• Analyze the tax consequences of transactions, restructurings, and new products.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities and lead related mitigation or optimization projects.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of overall professional experience, including 3+ years in tax compliance at a multinational company or advisory firm.
• Strong understanding of direct and indirect taxation, with a focus on international taxation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or tax.
• Verbal and written proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing tax compliance procedures across multiple countries.
• Experience with deferred tax calculations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or MS Dynamics.
• Tax specialist or accountancy qualification such as ACCA.
