Cost Control Analyst II (Construction)

Salary: USD 90,000–130,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and manage project labor and expense plans.
• Forecast project costs using accounting and project management systems.
• Process project and client billings accurately and on time.
• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with cost control specialists, project directors and managers, and field staff to reinforce financial procedures and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in cost control or financial analysis.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and standards.
• Experience with labor and cost planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and apply a risk-based approach to financial oversight.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of design and construction accounting practices.
• Understanding of cost control policies and internal financial processes.
