Control & Reporting Manager

Location: Istanbul, Türkiye; hybrid working model

hirify.global Türkiye develops and manufactures yeast, bread improvers, bread mixes, and other baking solutions for the bakery industry, supported by production facilities and an international business network.

What you will do

• Coordinate monthly and annual financial statement closings with the accounting team in SAP.
• Ensure financial statements comply with International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Monitor monthly cost performance and prepare forecasts and recommendations with the costing team.
• Prepare monthly profitability reports and provide business insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Group Reporting Team and manage communication with external auditors throughout the audit process.
• Lead budgeting and planning activities, analyze variances, present results to senior management, and support financial feasibility studies for machinery investments and production transition projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in budgeting and reporting.
• Experience in a production company and knowledge of costing.
• Strong experience with International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish language required.

• Graduate degree in Financial Management.
