What you will do

• Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with VUK, US GAAP, and IFRS.
• Lead and develop a team of 6-7 associates, including Shared Service Center staff.
• Coordinate month-end close processes and manage the account reconciliation process.
• Support external auditors and ensure compliance with local tax legislation (VAT & Corporate Tax).
• Manage and act as the owner for selected Internal Controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting with continuously increased responsibility.
• 2-3 years of experience in a people management role.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting principles, US GAAP, and IFRS.
• Fluency in both English and Turkish.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as MBA, CPA, ACCA, or CA.
• Prior experience working within an audit or accounting firm.
