Group Manager - Procurement Services (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage month-end and quarter-end closing, controllership, accounting, and financial reporting for the Turkey market.
• Prepare standalone and consolidated year-end financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP.
• Coordinate with auditors, finance teams, and business stakeholders to resolve audit queries and complete statutory and tax audits.
• Review P&L, balance sheet reporting, balance sheet schedules, variance analyses, and entity accounting.
• Support tax returns, indirect tax filings, transfer pricing reports, segment P&L reporting, and legal-entity liquidation activities.
• Monitor open payables and open-item management while contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of experience in a multinational company with global reporting responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Turkish GAAP, and Turkish tax regulations.
• Experience in financial reporting, accounting, controllership, book closing, and audit management.
• Working knowledge of SAP and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Turkish and English language skills required.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, attention-to-detail, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in a Big Four or similar large accounting firm.
