Associate Consultant (Insurance)

What you will do

• Support diverse consulting projects for large international insurance companies.
• Contribute to implementations involving IFRS17, LDTI, IFRS9, and CECL.
• Learn insurance industry fundamentals, regulatory risk implementation, and finance and actuarial transformation.
• Tailor existing software and solutions to meet individual client needs.
• Take on increasing responsibility within project teams and internal offerings.
• Participate in individual development, on-the-job learning, and solution-specific training bootcamps.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, actuarial science, engineering, or a comparable field.
• Solid foundation in SAS 9.4 programming.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, a hands-on approach, and an ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Interest in financial risk management, insurance, and a consulting career.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Ability to contribute independently while collaborating effectively in project teams.

Nice to have

• Actuarial or CPA track experience or passed exams.
• Experience with Python or R.
• Internship or other experience in the insurance or finance industry.
