What you will do

• Lead and contribute to technically ambitious, commercially valuable electronic engineering projects.
• Develop wearable and implantable medical devices for biosensing and neurotechnology applications.
• Apply electronic engineering expertise from feasibility and concept development through working prototype and product launch.
• Engage directly with clients to shape strategy, build partnerships, and deliver product outcomes.
• Contribute to industry development in biosensing and neurotechnology while growing project leadership and client relationship skills.

Requirements

• Demonstrable electronic engineering capability supported by a strong academic background.
• Ability to design complex electronic systems, including schematics and PCB layouts for analogue, digital, and power circuitry in embedded systems.
• Experience with high-speed digital designs and low-noise analogue front ends.
• Ability to apply first principles and analytical reasoning across unfamiliar technical domains.
• Multidisciplinary mindset, strong commercial acumen, and experience working in a regulated environment such as medical devices, automotive, or aerospace.
• Experience leading projects or work packages with informal authority, mentoring, and guidance.
