Wellness Nurse (LPN) - Part Time

Location: Trumbull, Connecticut, USA; onsite at the senior living community

Salary: USD 35.00–36.65 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance in line with federal, state, and local standards.
• Provide high-quality service to residents while supporting the community’s mission.

Requirements

• Current LPN license and graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Assisted living and memory care experience required.
• At least one year of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting preferred.
• Experience supporting residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel; ability to learn new applications.
