Business Unit Manager - Finance (Office of the CFO)

What you will do

• Own the Finance business management framework covering strategic planning, performance management, governance, and operational effectiveness.
• Translate Finance strategy into executable plans and monitor progress against organizational priorities.
• Support the CFO with internal communications across the CFO domain and the wider enterprise.
• Lead financial and workforce planning, including budget management, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Act as the CFO’s delegate when required and represent the Finance function with senior stakeholders.
• Manage planning cycles, performance reviews, people-cycle activities, governance calendars, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualifications in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Several years of experience as a Business Manager or Chief of Staff profile, ideally in financial services.
• Hands-on project management, continuous improvement, and initiative leadership skills.
• Financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of financial services processes, systems, and products.
• Strong judgment in complex and ambiguous situations and stakeholder management skills at Exco level and above.
