Corporate Accountant (Manufacturing)

Location: Spokane, Washington, USA; primarily office-based with 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely after initial training and onboarding. Travel up to 10%, primarily domestic.

Salary: $33.50–$42.50 per hour plus benefits.

What you will do

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations covering accruals, amortization, leases, fixed assets, and related accounts.
• Manage cash account reconciliations, payments, bank adjustments, cash analysis, and month-end reporting.
• Prepare and post journal entries in the ERP system with supporting documentation.
• Support intercompany accounts receivable and accounts payable, invoicing, reconciliations, prepaid records, and global netting.
• Participate in month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, management fees, and shared services.
• Support audits, maintain process documentation, provide cross-training, and identify process and cost improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, including daily, month-end, and year-end processes.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and collaborate across departments and geographies.

Nice to have

• Experience in a mid- to large-sized company or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with complex accounting processes.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport and a continuous-improvement mindset.
