Fraud Analyst

What you will do

• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly fraud and transaction-query reports, tracking trends and volumes for management.
• Analyse customer applications and drawings to identify potential application fraud and emerging fraudulent activity.
• Record, investigate, and escalate suspicious activity in collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Credit, and the Fraud leadership team.
• Manage fraud queries end to end, including timely CCTV and data requests and consistent progress updates to customers.
• Design and implement fraud-prevention education, learning, and communications for employees.
• Collaborate across the business to review processes, share trends, and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with innovative and methodical thinking.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of Excel and the ability to identify trends and communicate findings effectively.
