Senior Analyst-Accounting & Data Services (Financial Data)

What you will do

• Support daily asset allocation and portfolio rebalancing activities for defined contribution clients.
• Investigate and resolve client and internal queries, escalating issues and contributing to root-cause analysis.
• Maintain operational procedures, controls, service standards, and SLA-related activities.
• Analyse data to identify discrepancies, trends, and process improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting, monitoring, testing, and technology or process enhancement initiatives.
• Build effective relationships with internal partners and stakeholders across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret data, draw logical conclusions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic coding and data transformation skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• Strong communication, organisation, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom throughout employment; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial markets, investment operations, or financial services.
• Experience using Excel for data analysis, reporting, or problem-solving.
