Finance Analyst (Financial Reporting/Accounting): Owning financial reporting, controls, forecasting, and accounting activities for the Ireland entity within a North West Europe finance team with an accent on month-end close, complex contract revenue recognition, cash management, and statutory compliance. Focus on preparing budgets and forecasts, strengthening financial controls, coordinating audits and tax submissions, and supporting regional finance transformation initiatives.
Location: Hemel Hempstead, United Kingdom. Full-time, onsite role supporting the Ireland entity and the wider North West Europe region.

What you will do
- Own financial reporting for the Ireland entity, including month-end close, reconciliations, and group consolidation submissions.
- Handle revenue recognition and accounting for complex contracts.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reporting.
- Manage banking activities, payments, cash management, payroll coordination, and local compliance.
- Support statutory accounts, tax submissions, external audits, and financial control activities.
- Partner with operational teams across Ireland and North West Europe, while supporting UK finance and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in financial reporting and/or accounting, including ledger and end-to-end finance processes.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a legal entity.
- Strong Excel skills and close attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite in Hemel Hempstead, United Kingdom, on a full-time basis.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP and/or Oracle HFM.
- Knowledge of IFRS 16 and IFRS 9.
- Experience with consolidation or reporting systems.
