Developer Experience (DevEx) Team Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of the internal developer platform across local development, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and observability.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of platform and software engineers.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered development tools across the engineering organization.
• Own the reliability and scalability of CI/CD systems and improve software delivery workflows.
• Build scalable platforms, automation, and self-service solutions that remove software development lifecycle bottlenecks.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, AI Enablement, and R&D leadership to improve engineering productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience leading highly technical teams in Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure.
• Strong software engineering background with experience building cloud-native, distributed systems.
• Experience with Java and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience evaluating and integrating AI-powered developer tools into engineering workflows.
• Deep expertise in modern software delivery, CI/CD ecosystems, developer platforms, automation, observability, and GitOps practices.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence technical direction through collaboration and communication.
