What you will do

• Lead the Digital Infrastructure Structured Finance pillar across Asia Pacific.
• Originate, structure, and execute digital infrastructure financing, syndicated corporate loans, and debt capital markets transactions.
• Lead client discussions, financing strategy, marketing materials, term sheet negotiations, approvals, documentation, and closing.
• Direct credit papers, financial analysis, financial models, due diligence, sensitivity analysis, risk assessments, and return analysis.
• Coordinate with relationship coverage, syndications, debt capital markets, legal, risk, compliance, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee post-closing portfolio management, including exposure monitoring, covenants, cash flow performance, valuations, provisioning, waivers, amendments, and refinancing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in digital infrastructure and commercial real estate finance, preferably including project or structured finance.
• Track record of originating, structuring, and closing transactions with financial sponsors, corporates, financial institutions, or government-related clients.
• Strong credit, financial analysis, and financial modelling skills, including assessment of complex cash flows, downside scenarios, risk allocation, returns, and portfolio risks.
• Knowledge of financing documentation, due diligence, syndication, distribution, internal credit approvals, and cross-border transaction execution.
• Strong understanding of credit, market, regulatory, compliance, reputational, and conduct risks, with excellent English communication and leadership skills.
