Business Operations Manager

Full-time/Company: Offchain

Offchain builds blockchain scalability and security solutions and is the team behind the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One. The company supports hundreds of projects and partners (e.g., Robinhood, BlackRock, Aave) and is backed by $124M in funding.

This role is not available to applicants located in California or Colorado.

Responsibilities:

- Own ad hoc operational priorities and high-visibility technical projects.
- Project-manage cross-functional initiatives with People, IT, Finance, Security, and Operations.
- Establish project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria.
- Drive documentation, evidence collection, and process improvements related to compliance and business operations.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively resolve them.
- Ensure deliverables are completed with high quality, attention to detail, and urgency.

Requirements:

- 4+ years in business operations, project/program/strategy/management consulting, or a related field.
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to independently drive complex cross-functional projects to completion.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a bias toward practical solutions and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have:

- Experience with GRC, SOC 2, compliance, risk management, or security operations.
- Experience in startup, high-growth technology, fintech, or crypto environments.
- Security+ and PMP certifications.
