Head of Ecosystem Growth (Web3)

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the Arbitrum ecosystem and drive technology adoption.
• Build strategic partnerships with blockchain and Web3 stakeholders, developers, dApp creators, and industry leaders.
• Enable partners by coordinating technical, marketing, and operational resources.
• Work with engineering teams to integrate Arbitrum technology into decentralized applications and blockchain projects.
• Define and report ecosystem growth KPIs, including developer adoption and platform usage.
• Oversee ecosystem grants, funding programs, hackathons, meetups, and Web3 conferences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ecosystem development, business development, or growth roles in blockchain, Web3, or technology.
• Track record of scaling developer ecosystems, partnerships, and community engagement.
• Experience with Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain solutions, Ethereum, or decentralized technologies.
• Strong strategic partnership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership and people-management experience, with a data-driven approach to ecosystem metrics and KPIs.
