Enterprise Architect (Human Capital Technology)

Location: Hybrid work in or near Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region, working on and off the client site. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Design enterprise HR technology architecture for workforce planning and strategic human capital analytics.
• Define integration patterns, data models, and the broader human capital technology ecosystem.
• Integrate HR technology platforms and workforce planning tools to enable scalable analytics and decision-making.
• Support Oracle Analytics Server and Tableau-based analytics capabilities for executives, leaders, and program analysts.
• Conduct workforce research, program evaluations, and compliance assessments aligned with OPM HRStat and the GPRA Modernization Act.
• Guide system modernization, cloud and data platform strategy, process automation, and service delivery against performance outcomes and SLAs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or engineering; relevant certifications are preferred.
• Experience with architecture design, systems integration, and cloud platforms.
• Leadership, strategic thinking, analytical ability, communication, organization, and project management skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship is not available.
• Background checks and drug testing may be required for designated positions.

Nice to have

• Government and public services sector experience, especially federal human capital or HR technology modernization.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Server, Tableau, FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST compliance.
• Experience creating architecture diagrams and supporting security-cleared federal engagements.
