Data Governance Specialist (Human Capital Analytics)

Location: Hybrid work in Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region, working on and off the client site. U.S. citizenship is required. The role is not eligible for H-1B or TN visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Develop workforce dashboards, workforce models, predictive analytics, and enterprise reports.
• Build Power BI and Tableau dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Implement data governance frameworks and enforce data standards across the HR technology ecosystem.
• Manage data quality, metadata, compliance controls, and governance models.
• Support integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools for federal human capital modernization.
• Improve operational efficiency through digital transformation, process automation, and performance-based delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, data, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data governance.
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, compliance, and enterprise reporting.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
