Value Stream Business Architect

Location: Remote within the United States; remote hours are 9AM–5PM Monday–Friday

Salary: 13,413.54–22,803.02 USD per month

What you will do

• Engage business and technical stakeholders to document strategy for an established logistics value stream.
• Define target capabilities, assess the current state, and recommend sequenced transition plans.
• Translate value stream goals and business needs into actionable architectural roadmaps.
• Break down portfolio epics into capability groupings and SAFe Portfolio backlog bundles.
• Synchronize value stream execution with the strategic roadmap in collaboration with portfolio business architects.
• Contribute to the development of business architecture practices, processes, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, IT systems, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of experience creating business capability roadmaps and performing business architecture for an established value stream.
• Five years of experience with strategic and technical impact in large organization-wide projects is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of company operations and the broader FedEx enterprise.
• Experience with CargoWise, brokerage, and freight forwarding is required.
• Business Architecture certification is preferred.
