Mgr Enterprise Business Services Strategy (Digital & Data)

Location: Hybrid in Memphis, TN or Plano, TX; candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location and work onsite several times per week.

Salary: $9,719.96–$16,523.93 per month in Memphis or $10,231.53–$17,393.61 per month in Plano.

What you will do

• Manage the digital procurement ecosystem across the Source to Pay process, including ServiceNow, Oracle FCF, and connected procurement and supplier platforms.
• Define and manage the Source to Pay technology roadmap with Digital & Technology partners.
• Translate business needs into prioritized system requirements, business cases, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate design, build, testing, deployment, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization for system enhancements.
• Drive platform adoption, monitor usage and compliance, and lead continuous process improvement using data, benchmarking, and process mining.
• Lead a specialist team developing AI, automation, and digital insight opportunities for Source to Pay.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, business, engineering, information systems, computer science, supply chain, or a related discipline.
• Five to eight years of relevant professional experience in information systems, management consulting, finance, accounting, audit, vendor management, or project/program management, depending on the applicable requirement.
• Strong understanding of Source to Pay processes, enterprise technology platforms, digital transformation, process improvement, and automation.
• Experience translating business requirements into technology priorities, managing roadmaps, and prioritizing system enhancements.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, negotiation, and project/process management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and lead a small specialist team across multiple workstreams.
