Mgr Strategy Planning and Analysis

Location: Hybrid, preferably Memphis, Tennessee; candidates elsewhere in the United States may be considered, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Candidates within 50 miles of a FedEx campus must work on-site several times per week.

What you will do

• Manage a group responsible for designing and developing organizational strategic plans.
• Develop strategic concepts, quantitative analyses, and recommendations.
• Evaluate plans for strategic fit, feasibility, and profitability before senior-management review.
• Integrate plans and best practices from major business units across global and multidisciplinary perspectives.
• Manage human capital forecasting needs and organizational project portfolios.
• Present strategic plans and initiatives to senior and executive management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Five or more years of experience in project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, market analysis, or competitive analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong communication and human relations skills.
• Ability to work within the stated United States location requirements and hybrid/on-site schedule.
