ServiceNow / SAP SuccessFactors Lead (HR Tech Modernization)

Location: Hybrid work on and off the client site in Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region; U.S. citizenship required.

What you will do

• Lead ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors platform design and delivery for federal HR technology modernization.
• Configure platforms and automate HR workflows to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Coordinate platform enhancements, integrations, testing, defect resolution, and release readiness.
• Support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and business intelligence.
• Assess data system architectures, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data lakehouses, and support data migration.
• Align technical execution with user needs, federal human capital policies, compliance requirements, and service-level outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Experience with workflow automation and cross-platform coordination.
• Experience with configuration management, platform integration, testing, release support, and solution delivery.
• Must be a United States citizen; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, teamwork, prioritization, and execution skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow or SAP certifications.
• Experience in federal, government, public services, or human resources support environments.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP-compliant data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
