What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end SAP BTP integration solutions.
• Develop and manage integrations using SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration, API Management, SAP PI/PO, and SAP Data Intelligence.
• Connect SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, and third-party cloud and on-premise applications.
• Build custom SAP BTP applications, services, APIs, and integration workflows using SAP CAP and SAP HANA Cloud.
• Lead the full project lifecycle across design, development, testing, deployment, and support while managing risks and stakeholder communication.
• Gather requirements from clients and business stakeholders, provide architecture guidance, and improve integration tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on SAP BTP integration and development experience.
• Extensive experience with SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, SAP PI/PO, SAP API Management, and SAP Data Intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, enterprise integration, APIs, messaging queues, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Experience with SAP CAP, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Fiori, REST, SOAP, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration design patterns.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations or migrations.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Cloud SDK, or other SAP cloud development tools.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, CI/CD, and security standards such as OAuth and SAML.
• SAP certifications in BTP, integration, or development; a master’s degree.
