Senior Consultant, Workday HCM (ERP)

Location: United States — national; travel up to 50% of the time.

What you will do

• Support Workday projects from workflow design and configuration through testing, data migration, validation, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Lead foundation alignment and customer confirmation sessions, presenting and facilitating meetings with user- and manager-level stakeholders.
• Lead core HCM and at least one additional workstream, such as recruiting, compensation, or benefits.
• Analyze requirements, develop recommendations, create project materials, and document client deliverables.
• Lead sales efforts including scoping, oral presentations, proposals, and presentation development.
• Develop and adopt standards, policies, best practices, offerings, and go-to-market strategies for Workday ERP Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday experience as a consultant or hands-on Workday administrator.
• Active Workday certification or 5 years of hands-on configuration experience across multiple Workday modules.
• Ability to lead core HCM and at least one additional Workday workstream.
• Experience with all phases of launch methodology: planning, configuration and architecture, testing, and deployment.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, client service, and change leadership skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
