What you will do

• Lead M&A, capital markets, and advisory transactions focused on real estate.
• Manage day-to-day deal processes, milestones, and timelines.
• Oversee financial models and client materials, including quality control.
• Act as the primary client contact for deal execution matters.
• Develop new business opportunities with senior bankers.
• Mentor and guide Analysts and Associates; travel as requested by deal team members or clients.

Requirements

• 6+ years of investment banking experience covering real estate, preferably at a bulge bracket firm.
• Proven transaction execution experience, including sell-side and buy-side M&A and equity and debt capital raises.
• Strong leadership, client relationship management, negotiation, and strategic advisory skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while synthesizing complex information and developing solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 certifications required.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
