Licensed MPS Behavioral Health Therapist (Behavioral Health)

Location: United States; current Maryland licensure required. Clinical services are delivered through a U.S.-based tele-health clinician network.

Salary: $64,285–$102,855 annual base salary, depending on location, skills, experience, education, and other permitted factors.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based diagnostic and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, elderly clients, couples, families, and groups.
• Conduct client assessments, including diagnosis, risk evaluation, and substance-abuse assessment, and create appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group counseling, solution-focused brief therapy, crisis assessment, and crisis intervention.
• Manage caseloads, productivity targets, quality expectations, and clinical documentation.
• Document diagnostic evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge procedures, and other consumer-related activities.
• Participate in clinical meetings, competency development, continuous improvement, and team activities.

Requirements

• Current Maryland licensure is required; independent behavioral health licensure must meet applicable state or customer requirements.
• Accepted licenses include LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LPCC, LPC, or PSY.
• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health.
• At least 2 years of postgraduate clinical experience.
• Clinical training covering chemical dependency, mental health, and brief therapy.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy protocols, current diagnostic processes, crisis intervention, ethical standards, computers, and Microsoft software products.
