Digital Experience / Portal Architect (Human Capital Technology)

Location: Hybrid, on and off client site in Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic region, United States. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Design self-service portals, digital workplace solutions, user journeys, and employee experience solutions.
• Define target-state portal architecture, design standards, and implementation patterns.
• Translate mission and user requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Support digital transformation, process automation, systems integration, and workforce planning tools.
• Enhance data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and business intelligence.
• Guide technical decisions and support cross-functional delivery for federal human capital modernization programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in UX and architecture.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, leadership, and prioritization skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship are not available.
• Background checks and drug testing may be required for designated positions.
