Digital Transformation Architect (Digital Twin)

Location: Remote, based in Orlando, Florida, USA; occasional work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required.

Salary: $86,800–$198,000 annualized USD.

What you will do

• Develop leading-edge Digital Twin applications and support Digital Twin strategy.
• Lead client delivery and manage internal business operations for the Digital Twin team.
• Coordinate architects, developers, testers, product managers, and project managers to deliver projects on schedule.
• Gather client business needs, elicit requirements, identify solutions and risks, and develop user stories.
• Manage project schedules, product roadmaps, implementation plans, and efficient feature deployment.
• Support product marketing, sales activities, staffing, and broader team growth priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in program management.
• 2+ years implementing Agile and product lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior client relationships.
• Experience analyzing requirements for IT products, systems, and business processes.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and a bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience leading product delivery teams.
• Experience with XR, IoT, Digital Twin, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with marketing, communications, public speaking, or presentations.
• PMP, Product, or Scrum Master certification.
