ServiceNow System Administrator

What you will do

• Manage ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows according to business needs.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot platform issues, and resolve incidents.
• Monitor system performance and manage platform upgrades.
• Maintain user access and support reliable platform operations.
• Build dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript, and ServiceNow customization.
• Customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and 2+ years of End User Computing application administration experience are preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site; hirify.global does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
