Business Process Analyst (Workflow & KM, ServiceNow & SharePoint Online)

Location: Hybrid work in Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic region, working on and off the client site. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Analyze and map business processes, workflows, policies, controls, requirements, and reporting outputs.
• Implement workflow automation, knowledge management solutions, and digital forms using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Support ServiceNow and SharePoint Online development and customization initiatives.
• Design knowledge management solutions and improve workflows for federal human capital modernization.
• Produce process maps, documentation, dashboards, insights, and compliance evidence to support client decision-making.
• Support system integration, workforce planning tools, regulatory compliance, service delivery, and performance-based outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of analysis experience.
• Experience with process mapping and knowledge management.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, analytical work, documentation, organization, prioritization, and problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements.
• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship for H-1B and TN visas is not available.
