BI / Dashboard Developer (Power BI/Tableau)

Location: Hybrid at or near Alexandria, Virginia, working on and off the client site across the Mid-Atlantic Region; U.S. Citizenship Required.

What you will do

• Develop predictive analytics models and workforce planning dashboards for federal human capital programs.
• Build, configure, test, and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards, reports, and related solution components.
• Design and maintain semantic data models and governed, role-based self-service analytics.
• Support data-driven decision-making for executives, HR specialists, and program staff through curated insights.
• Integrate IT systems and workforce planning tools while supporting process automation, regulatory compliance, and performance-based outcomes.
• Document deployment and support procedures for dashboards, workflows, applications, automations, and integrations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of BI development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, data, or a related field.
• Professional experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience supporting workforce planning, human capital analytics, business intelligence, or related government and public services engagements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Must be a United States Citizen; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship is not available.
