HR Policy Analyst (Human Capital Compliance)

Location: Hybrid, working on and off client site in Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic region, USA

What you will do

• Analyze HR policies, controls, requirements, and reporting outputs for federal human capital programs.
• Support compliance reviews and adherence to federal human capital management policies.
• Prepare policy documentation, reports, dashboards, insights, and compliance evidence.
• Provide analytical support for strategic HR planning, workforce research, and human capital governance.
• Support digital transformation, process automation, HR technology integration, and workforce planning tools.
• Help optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and service-level agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, policy, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of policy analysis experience.
• Policy analysis and human capital compliance experience.
• Detail orientation, analytical ability, organization, prioritization, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship is not available.
