Financial Planning & Analysis Advisor & Sr Analyst (Hybrid, Memphis, TN Only)

Location: Hybrid in Memphis, Tennessee only; candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus and work onsite several times per week.

What you will do

• Analyze business proposals and major projects involving revenue, strategy, capital, operations, and expenses.
• Design, build, test, and maintain financial models for strategic and operational decision-making.
• Develop business and strategic planning analyses, including profitability, cost-benefit, and profit-and-loss evaluations.
• Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to management and senior executives.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional projects and keep Finance leadership informed.
• Mentor colleagues and provide technical direction across financial work groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• Five years of directly related experience for the Advisor role or four years for the Sr Analyst role.
• Experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit, or operational analysis.
• Understanding of financial modeling concepts for cost-benefit and profit-and-loss analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Essbase tools, or similar applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience handling large datasets and structured financial frameworks such as profitability models, segment allocations, or complex forecasts.
• Ability to explain complex analytical findings through executive-ready written summaries, presentations, and verbal narratives.
• Experience mentoring team members and leading cross-functional initiatives across international and air operations.
