Data Analyst (HR Analytics)

Location: Hybrid work at or near Alexandria, Virginia, with on/off client-site work across the Mid-Atlantic region.

What you will do

• Analyze HR and workforce data to support data-driven human capital decisions.
• Build HR reports, dashboards, and business intelligence outputs.
• Support specialized workforce research and data scientist activities.
• Improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation.
• Support integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools.
• Produce documentation, insights, and compliance evidence for federal clients including the National Science Foundation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data, HR, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available, including H-1B and TN visa sponsorship.
